The Austin chapter board is made up of volunteer alumni that are active Texas Exes members.  We are always seeking volunteers that have a passion for the University of Texas! We currently have openings for Scholarship Committee, Community Service Chair, Game Watch Chair and more. If you have an interest in volunteering for the board or committees, please reach out to Brian Diseker. You can subscribe to our board meeting calendar if you'd like to attend.

You can subscribe to these calendars so they will appear on your personal or work calendar.

Add to Outlook:

1. Open Outlook on the web or the application and go to the Calendar view.
2. Click Add calendar on the left-side panel.
3. Select Subscribe from web.
4. Paste the external calendar’s ICS or iCal URL into the address box.
5. Type a name for the calendar and click Import or Save.

Add to Google:

1. Open Google Calendar on your computer.
2. Look at the left sidebar and find Other calendars.
3. Click the plus icon (+) next to it.
4. Select From URL.
5. Paste the web address or .ics link of the external calendar.
6. Click Add calendar.

On Mac:

1. Open the Calendar app.
2. Choose File > New Calendar Subscription from the top menu bar.
3. Paste the calendar's web address and click Subscribe.
4. Type a name, pick a color, choose iCloud as the location, and click OK.
